Trans mottes

A trans mottes transpose produces  a set of soil blocks and puts them in small sets and/or trays.   Demtec has a long tradition in this blocking method.   The blocks are pressed as such to look good for sale to end-users.  The interchangeable transpose die is made to match the tray that is presented.  Various block sizes are available. The blocks are automatically seeded and mulched.  The line can be extended with a soil mixer, a destacker, a stacker, etc.  This trans mottes opened doors for a lot of our customers to a bigger business.
