Demtec developed a drilling station that can be used in various cultivations. The tailor-made drilling plate is interchangeable and offers the possibility to drill in and out. We provide the drilling plate with spiral drills so that it is possible to keep the airy filling where necessary: after all, this improves the rooting of the young plant. For those who want a lot of substrate and a somewhat more compact filling, we provide pressure plates with relief. This way we can deliver the perfect tray for every cultivation: a perfectly drilled tray increases the potting speed and generates an even growth.

The HD-VR tray filler is rather unique: it provides trays with a very homogeneous hard filling.
The unique rubbing system guarantees results that cannot be obtained with any other tray filler.
It is mainly used to fill seeding and cutting trays.
Combined with pressed soil (black peat) it is a filling comparable to a super-seeding press line.

The PTF mask filler is the standard when it comes to filling pots in trays: it fills carrier trays, shuttle trays, seeding and cutting trays.
The machine is easily adjustable so the filling type can properly be set to fit the specific needs of the cultivation: a light or hard filling, a pouring edge, gradually filled or filled with a raised ring.
The capacity of a PTF filling line always exceeds that of a potting machine, even with double pots.
