Everyone knows that a well-chosen label makes the product sell better. A label that is fixed to the pot and also attached automatically is an added value for any plant. Demtec developed a machine that staples the label to the pot. The machine can be placed in line with a potting machine. It can equally be used when shipping the plants. The label magazine is adapted to your label and is easy to change. The machine handles rolls of staples and has an autonomy of 5 000 pots. It has a compact design and can therefore be easily used in any set-up.

Demtec soil digger MX ensures a full-automatic soil supply to one or more machines.
This machine fully empties a soil bunker: the substrate is put on a conveyor that can distribute the soil via various conveyors to the various machines.
A soil digger has a larger capacity than other automatic soil systems and can control 2 bunkers with central belt.
The MX is available with widths from 3.50m up to 4m.

A hedgehog mixer adds water to soil in a homogenous and fast way.
This is done while the soil is supplied.
An actively driven mixing system and a accurately adjustable watering ensure a very equal result.
This humidifier is mostly installed in soil blocking lines and guarantees a perfect starting material.

A spraying tube with pressure regulator provides the substrate, which is equally lifted by means of an auger, with a constant amount of water.

Big bale opener for heavy peat.
Big bales are more and more being used on nurseries: peat is compressed and delivered on pallets which generates several benefits.
In order to make use of all qualities of this peat, it needs to regain its original volume.
Demtec builds several machines for opening these bales.
The range was recently extended with a new machine: the BBX-TL is developped for opening hard compressed bales with high density (> 500 kg/m³).
Traditional bale openers often struggled to do the job and were subject to early wear.
The BBX-TL is provided with reinforced materials and more powerful motors.
Moreover operator can always put a second bale on the tilting platform: this enlarges the machine's autonomy and operator is less occupied.

A trans mottes transpose produces a set of soil blocks and puts them in small sets and/or trays.
Demtec has a long tradition in this blocking method.
The blocks are pressed as such to look good for sale to end-users.
The interchangeable transpose die is made to match the tray that is presented.
Various block sizes are available.
The blocks are automatically seeded and mulched.
The line can be extended with a soil mixer, a destacker, a stacker, etc.
