Many other settings are done by means of the controlled servo-motors.
The conveying belt is electronically controlled and its speed is infinitely adjustable.
But also for large series this line is extremely fit: it presses up to 620 crates per hour.
The blocker comes standard with a demtec soil mixer and buffer.
This transpose unit is completed with automated soil supply, crate supply and evacuation, mulching and watering station, crate washer, etc.
We can also provide in the automatic palletization of the cultivation crates.

The soil blocker NM 89 is a unique soil blocking machine with a high production speed.
Up to 10 different block sizes can be produced.
Therefore, the machine is provided with an accessible die set that is easily replaceable.
The blocks are pressed to a standard width of 30 cm but the machine can also be supplied with a width of 35 or 60 cm.
Depending on the type of seed a mechanical seeder can be provided, either a pneumatic needle seeder or drum seeder.
The NM 89 can also be supplied in extended version.
This allows you to do manual work at the machine or to install mulching equipment.

The KM 2050 is a basic model with all features of a larger soil blocker: a qualitative soil block (available in 6 sizes), provided of a seeding hole and offering the possibility to seed automatically.
This compact machine has solid wheels and can therefore be moved around.
The soil blocks are pressed with 30 cm width and are removed with the lifting fork supplied with the machine.

This machine processes pre-printed adhesive labels, only on roller.

For dirty pots that come from the cultivation field we have additional accessories so the label can be stuck on a clean and dry surface.

An automatic tagger is an automation you can afford and which reduces the tagging time.
It uniformly sets the tags in the pots.
Taggers are used for plant potting (e.g. cuttings) and shipment (e.g. herbs, conifers, tree nurseries, etc.).
In the latter case, we provide a small groove so the tag can easily be put into the soil.
